About Me

I am a People and Organization Leader with 12+ years of generalist HR experience. Over the course of one decade, I have grown more than 15 start-ups and scale-ups in Berlin.

Since 2021, I have been working with clients across the tech industry in Europe on a freelance basis. During that time I have supported companies in a wide range of capacities from Interim Head of HR / Interim VP People roles to recruitment, from HR Business partnering to consulting, mentoring and training.

It has always been my mission to bridge the gap between company objectives and peoples’ needs. I am passionate about building people-centric organizations where culture is both high-performing and healthy.
